The Year in Review | 2025
Thank you all for another incredible year at Planthouse!
This year marked an exciting chapter for Planthouse as we settled into our new home and continued to showcase and publish artists whose practices challenge, delight, and provoke. Our exhibitions spanned a broad spectrum, from the ethereal, glowing prints of Susan Goethel Campbell’s Pollen Count to the pointed social commentary woven through Elizabeth Duffy’s Various States of Amnesia. Each show reshaped the space in its own way, reminding us how art can transform a room and the people who move through it.
Across group exhibitions like Lineup and Hi, and focused solo presentations such as Fritz Horstman’s Raking Light, one theme remained constant: community. As we navigated a year of transition in a brand-new space, the artists we worked with reaffirmed the value of connection, curiosity, and shared experience.
